Back Story of Product Development
Prior to the liberalization era, soap was synonymous with a soap bar. Post liberalization and opening up of the economy and media, soap was categorized into bath soap, hand wash, shower gel and so on. This also led to offering body lotions, earlier only offered in cream form around the Indian winter – now was offered as a lotion with a dispensing solution for all year around usage.
This led to the development of the liquid dispenser.
